Monday Motivation: What we believe in

Be the person who fights for the best for others, not because you have to, but because one day someone will fight for you too.

Lately I’ve been faced with a variety of situations where I have felt obligated to speak up. The challenge has always been feeling comfortable with how, when, and why I choose to express myself. I’ve repeatedly challenged the assumption that my voice has an impact, and I am aware that my voice has a power that I hadn’t considered in 2010.

I could delve into this further, but for now, I want to leave you with this consideration: fighting to advance the rights of and opportunities for others will advance yours, too.
