This was a MAJOR achievement for me. Adjusting to a new work schedule meant adapting to new habits; this is one of them. Fitbit has a tool to track your active time, and it’s measured by each hour that you take a minimum of 250 steps – within a prescribed period.
As you can see in the photo, I achieved my objective of meeting that step goal of 12 hours (out of 12), from 3:00am to 3:00pm. It was exhausting but exciting to see the big star appear on my watch face. I’m not quite sure if I’ll achieve 12/12 again, but that’s not the point.
My goal is to see movement every day. More than zero – that’s what matters most to me.
